📝Orders and refunds
Paying a deposit is deemed to be a purchase and cannot be refunded unless the item is out of stock.

The goods will be kept for 1 month after arrival. If delivery cannot be arranged after that time, the order will be treated as abandoned.

Goods cannot be returned or exchanged after leaving the store. Please see the refund policy for details.

  • Payment methods：Choose to pay by credit card or PAYPAL and fill in the relevant information as required on the web page to complete automatic payment.If you choose to use bank transfer/FPS/PAYME/ALIPAY for payment, there will be relevant instructions (such as user name/bank account number), follow the instructions to proceed with the transfer. ▪To ensure the rights of customers, if you have not received the shipment within 20 Day k after the order is shipped, please contact us or the transportation company as soon as possible to check the status of the shipment.

▪ All ordered products cannot be refunded or changed unless the product is officially canceled.

▪ The outer box of the product packaging may be dented during transportation. This is a normal condition. The company is not responsible and the customer cannot use this as a reason for return or refund.
